Please see below for more details on the services we offer as part of our Contact Venues

Little Angels Services

Little Angels Contact Venues are a safe, caring and neutral place where children of separated families can spend time together with one or both parents or other family members. We pride ourselves on offering a fully comprehensive child contact centre solution and tailor our services to suit the needs of the family.

Little Angels Contact Venues are accredited by the NACCC. Little Angels Contact Centres don’t only provide contact for families but we also provide many other services which you will find on this page.

All our services will be risk assessed and a report provided where necessary. We offer staggered arrivals and departures for our private clients.

Contact Services

Supervised Contact

Supervised contact ensures the safety of a child; it also assists in building and sustaining positive relationships between a child and members of their non-residential family. Supervisors can intervene professionally and immediately if needed to. This will be in a planned way as our staff is dealing with potentially challenging and sensitive situations.

Supervised contact does not have to take place at the venue, with prior agreement from both parties, you can choose to have contact in the community, at a different venue or at a family home. Charges would apply to this for travel, this information can be obtained from our Head Office.

If a report of contact is required then this will be produced professionally by the supervisor. For more details about reports please contact Head Office.

Referrals will be made by a court, Cafcass, local authority or another child contact centre. A self-referral may be accepted in exceptional circumstances. For referral information please contact the office.

Supported Contact

This would be a 'room only' service for the child and person attending contact when no supervisor is required. A supervisor will make regular checks during contact and is on hand to offer assistance where required. this can include help with parent skills.

This service is suitable for familes where there is no significant risk to the child.

No reports are compiled for this type of contact, however if there is an incident or child protection issue we will refer it to the correct department or person and a note made in the families individual file.

Referrals will be made by a court, Cafcass, local authority or another child contact venue. A self-referral may be accepted in exceptional circumstances. For referral information please contact the office.

No reports are compiled for this type of contact.
